On Current Unrest in Baltimore City

At this time of tension and anxiety regarding the tragic events surrounding Mr. Freddie Gray, we have a heightened responsibility to our students, families, and school communities. First, the safety of our staff and students is our top concern. We are in constant contact with the Mayor’s Office, Baltimore City Police Department, and the City Health Department, and are coordinating with them to ensure we are ready to respond to situations as they arise.

North Dakota United Delegate Assembly

April 17 and 18 marked the 2nd Annual NDU Delegate Assembly. Members from across the state met in Bismarck, North Dakota to take care of business and create some memories.

Members in attendance were treated to a moving Color Guard, prsented by Myron Johnson/Nathan Goodiron American Legion Post 271, from Mandaree. North Dakota Senator Heidi Heitkamp spoke about the important education issues facing our country today and Attorney General Wayne Stehenjem stopped by to discuss what we can do to keep our kids safe from internet predators.
