AFT-WV's Reaction to the Governor’s State of the State Address and First Legislative Update for the 2011 Regular Legislative Session
2011 Legislative Agenda
At the AFT-WV Legislative Retreat, held in August of 2010, AFT members from across the state gathered in Charleston to prioritize the organization's legislative agenda. By the end of the retreat, six issues had been identified as top priority for the union. This agenda was later voted on and approved by delegates to the 2010 AFT-WV Constitutional Convention.
